We are not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp unless explicitly stated. Approval of WhatsApp numbers and templates is subject to WhatsApp’s policies.
3. Compliance with WhatsApp Policies
You agree to:
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Comply with WhatsApp Business Platform policies.
Obtain proper user consent before sending messages.
Not send spam, unsolicited messages, illegal, abusive, or misleading content.
Not use purchased or scraped contact lists.
Violation of WhatsApp policies may result in suspension or termination of your WhatsApp number. We are not responsible for actions taken by WhatsApp.
4. Account Registration
To access the Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information.
Keep login credentials confidential.
Be responsible for all activities under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Fees and Payments
Service fees are provided as per your selected plan.
Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.
WhatsApp conversation charges imposed by Meta may be billed separately.
All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing.
Failure to pay may result in suspension of Services.
6. Data Protection & Privacy
You are responsible for:
Obtaining lawful consent from end users.
Complying with applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, IT Act, etc.).
Ensuring that personal data processed through our platform is lawful.
We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.
